- Shutdown support
- Regular local and interstate travel, occasionally longer periods when conducting work associated with shutdown support
- Champion continuous improvement – you'll be constantly looking for ways to improve systems and processes for a smooth customer experience, while also working on your own growth and expertise.
- Grow the customer base – you’ll actively develop new customer relationships.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently
- A willingness to travel frequently, learn new systems, and think on your feet
- Training, QA or site leadership experience will be highly regarded
- Current valid driver's license
- Be based in Brisbane
