- Greet clients, guests, and stakeholders with warmth and professionalism
- Manage all incoming calls and reception enquiries with discretion
- Coordinate meeting rooms, video conferencing, catering, and visitor logistics
- Keep the reception area organised, polished, and client-ready at all times
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Facilities and Executive Leadership Team
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain stock of stationery, kitchen, and office supplies
- Assist with internal events, client functions, and catering arrangements
- Oversee kitchen supplies and support set-up for meetings and events
- Support building facilities requests, evacuation procedures, and equipment maintenance
- Previous experience in a corporate reception role is essential (ideally in professional services)
- Exceptional communication skills with a confident and approachable manner
- Highly organised, with strong time-management and multitasking skills
- Calm, adaptable, and proactive, able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
