- A relevant qualification (Certificate III or IV) or experience in recreational services.
- Extensive experience in a Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy role, particularly within aged care.
- A sound understanding of the needs and preferences of elderly residents, including cognitive decline and physical disabilities.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current SA Driver’s Licence and DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential).
