Chandler Macleod is proud to partner with a leading global technology powerhouse to recruit a Field Marketing Lead – Executive Marketing for a 6-month contract based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from home a couple of days per week.About the Role This senior-level contract role is pivotal in shaping and delivering the C-suite marketing strategy across ANZ. Working closely with senior executives and cross-functional marketing teams, your mission will be to design and execute bespoke executive engagement programs that foster meaningful, high-value relationships with CXOs.Key Responsibilities

Strategic Program Leadership: Collaborate with executive leadership to align business priorities with tailored C-suite engagement strategies.

Executive Experience Design: Craft and execute high-touch programs that enable peer-to-peer CXO interactions.

End-to-End Ownership: Lead initiatives from strategy through planning, stakeholder alignment and flawless delivery.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with broader field and C-suite marketing teams to amplify program impact.

Agency Management: Collaborate with agency partners to deliver premium customer experiences.

Executive Enablement: Prepare senior leaders for impactful CXO interactions.

Impact Tracking: Monitor and report on engagement metrics and continuously optimise outcomes.

About You

Proven B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on C-suite or executive-level engagement.

Adept at both strategy and execution – you enjoy the full journey from ideation to delivery.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.

Strong project management and communication skills.
