- Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans to support pipeline growth and sales targets.
- Localize global campaigns for regional relevance, including messaging, creative assets, and tactics in partnership with product marketing.
- Drive regional awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement programs across digital, events, and account-based marketing (ABM) channels.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders and account teams to identify target segments, campaign needs, and co-marketing opportunities.
- Provide marketing support for strategic deals, customer references, and account-based programs.
- Work with channel and partner marketing to support joint initiatives and partner enablement in the region.
- Plan and execute regional events including trade shows, customer roundtables, webinars, and partner activations.
- Manage event logistics, ROI tracking, and lead follow-up processes in coordination with sales and marketing ops.
- Represent the brand at key industry events and ensure regional visibility and thought leadership.
- Monitor performance metrics for all regional campaigns and activities (e.g., leads generated, conversion rates, ROI).
- Provide regular updates to central marketing and sales leadership on campaign impact and pipeline influence.
- Adjust regional tactics based on performance insights and feedback from sales.
- Manage the regional budget accurately.
- Own the brand within the region. Ensure consistency of brand messaging while tailoring content for regional nuances and buyer personas.
- Collaborate with content and comms teams to adapt case studies, customer stories, and sales collateral for regional use
- Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform local strategy
- Assist in office planning and office administrative duties from time to time
- Provide office support when needed
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing event management, with at least 2 years focused on performance marketing
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Must be willing to travel
