This is a client-facing, territory-based sales role focused on growing new business and maintaining strong relationships across the construction sector. You’ll be promoting a highly regarded product range used in multi-residential and commercial developments, dealing directly with builders, project managers, site teams, and contractors.Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a clear sales plan to grow market share
- Actively sourcing and converting leads into long-term customers
- Managing end-to-end sales processes – quoting, follow-up, and closing
- Building strong relationships with builders, developers, and subcontractors
- Providing technical and product support throughout project lifecycles
- Attending industry trade shows, site meetings, and builder networking events
We’re seeking a motivated, hands-on BDM with strong commercial instincts and experience working directly with builders and contractors.You’ll bring:
- 2–5+ years of sales experience in building materials, construction products, or trade supply
- A solid understanding of how to sell into builder and contractor channels
- Proven success managing a territory and developing new business
- Practical knowledge of project timelines, procurement processes, and site relationships
- A solution-driven, approachable sales style
- Strong self-management and communication skills
