The RoleAs a Merchandise Allocator, based in our HQ in Loganholme - Full Time, your role involves providing administrative and operational support to the planning team. You will lead the store allocations process, coordinating in store product launches, managing in store inventory levels, and ensuring accurate product information across channels. Working closely with all areas of the Merchandise and the Planning team, you will help streamline merchandising processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.Our StoryLSKD is an Australian-owned and operated brand with our HQ in Loganholme, that prides itself in producing high-quality functional sportswear with a street aesthetic. Ever since our formation we’ve never been content settling for the norm; we’re constantly evolving and challenging the status quo, inspired by the restless few who influence style, shape the future and strive to be 1% better everydayKey Tasks & ResponsibilitiesSupport LSKD’s merchandising strategies to drive sales and marginAllocate products to stores and online channels based on sales trends, inventory levels, demographics, and promotional activityMonitor inventory performance, manage stock transfers, and optimise the flow of aged, end-of-line, and discontinued productsCollaborate with planners, merchandisers, retail teams, DC, and internal departments to execute allocation strategies and maintain inventory efficiencyConduct regular store visits to assess merchandise presentation and gather performance feedbackWork closely with visual merchandisers and the retail team to deliver assortment plans, setup documentation, and coordinate sample shipmentsAssist with seasonal planning and contribute to the development of allocation systems and merchandising processesUtilise data to generate reports, track sales, analyse sell-through rates, and identify opportunities to optimise stock and drive commercial outcomesCompile insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-makingMaintain accurate product data, pricing, and availability across all systems and channelsEnsure data integrity and coordinate timely product information updatesProvide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and record maintenanceEffectively manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlinesEssential Skills / Experience

Demonstrated experience in this field with ideas of how a progressive merchandise team could continue to challenge the norm
Holds a strong passion for and understanding of the LSKD community, brand mission and values
Ability to translate data into actionable insights
Proficiency in retail analytics tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong communicator who clearly conveys information and ideas in a focused, appropriate and effective manner
Honed negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to hit deadlines and work that extra mile to get the job done on time
