About the business/role/teamThis is a unique opportunity for you to work with the Reserve Bank’s payments team that owns and operates RITS, Australia's real-time gross settlement system, which moves around $280 billion dollars between financial institutions each day and ultimately settles all non-cash payments in Australia. You will be joining the Payments Operations Program, which is a multi-year program to implement a range of business operations, technology and knowledge management improvements for teams and systems supporting RITS.In the Payments Operations Program, you will work with both business and IT departments, which manage RITS to promote the public interest by ensuring the reliable, safe and efficient functioning of critical national infrastructure, which is essential to support the day-to-day business of the Australian economy.About the roleAs part of the Enterprise Change Practice, the Change Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing Change Management, Impact Assessments and Engagement and Communications plans in support of a large-scale transformation initiative.Part of a large project team, and supported by two Change Managers and a Senior Change Manager, the Change Analyst will be working with the team to identify key stakeholders and support stakeholder engagement, assist in developing Change Plans and driving change workshops to identify and understand change impacts.Being part of this program will allow you work on an end-to-end Change Program, across Business and Technology streams, allowing a great opportunity to really impact the change.What you will bring to the roleAs a seasoned Change Analyst with 2-3 years in a change role, you will bring:
  • Demonstrated experience creating change strategies/plans
  • Experience working through the change life cycle including conducting stakeholder analysis and engagement plans, performing change impact assessments and assessing the business readiness
  • Experience in planning and executing change communications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders across the business
  • Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate complex messages in a simplified way
