Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Our client, a State Government department, is seeking a skilled Human Resources / Recruitment Support to assist their central change team during a peak recruitment period.
This is a 3-month contract based on the Melbourne CBD inner fringe, offering a dynamic and supportive environment where your administrative expertise will make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track applications and interview progress in vacancy spreadsheet
  • Collate and store applications for panel access
  • Send pre-defined responses to applicants and panels
  • Schedule and book interviews across multiple stakeholders
  • Store shortlisting and interview documentation
  • Record formal notifications on recruitment tracker
  • Acknowledge package receipt and liaise with payroll
About You:
  • Proficient in SharePoint and Office 365
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience in a service support or coordination role
  • Prior experience in State Government and/or change environments highly regarded
  • A team player with a proactive, professional approach
