- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. You will provide support to managers and employees on first-level performance management and disciplinary issues, and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Operations & HRIS: Manage employee-related documentation and serve as the primary administrator for our HRIS platform. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and security.
- Payroll: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of a fortnightly payroll cycle. This includes maintaining accurate payroll records, processing timesheets, and preparing payroll reports.
- Projects: You'll support the rollout of P&C projects and initiatives, providing coordination and communication support. You will also be accountable for the analysis, creation, and presentation of project data and insights.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations in the Philippines (required)
- 3-5 years of experience in a People Operations, HR, or Advisory role is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Payroll role is preferred..
- Proven experience in payroll processing and administration.
- Previous experience utilizing AI systems with an AI proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- High numeracy literacy, analytical skills, and experience with HR data preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS and general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Project management skills (desirable).
