This is a rare opportunity for a motivated Assistant Account Executive or Junior Broker with 1–2 years of experience to transition into managing a portfolio of your own, with the support and structure of a leading, award-winning brokerage.

- Assist in managing and eventually take ownership of a portfolio of commercial clients
- Support policy renewals, quoting, endorsements, and client queries
- Build trusted relationships with clients and underwriters
- Attend client meetings and be mentored through more complex negotiations
- Grow into a key point of contact for your accounts with full end-to-end responsibility
- Work closely with senior brokers and account managers to fast-track your development
- 1–2 years of experience in insurance broking, ideally in a commercial or SME support role
- Tier 1 Broking qualification (or actively working towards it)
- A client-first approach with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in developing your technical and relationship management capabilities
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
