- Lead a major project as Commercial Project Manager, following PM@Siemens guidelines.
- Collaborate with an international project team to drive success across business units.
- Ensure compliance with LoA guidelines for all commercial aspects.
- Maintain accurate project books and records in systems such as SAP.
- Support the Project Manager in achieving financial targets, optimising gross profit and cash flow.
- Communicate with customer and subcontractor commercial representatives to resolve issues.
- Develop and implement contract and claim management strategies throughout project delivery.
- Assist in identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and response strategies.
- Set and agree on targets with commercial project staff.
- Control balance sheets and cost centres for assigned projects.
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics, with strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Experience in a project-based organisation, including project accounting capabilities.
- Experience applying the Siemens Collaboration Model (or equivalent) for large international projects.
- Commercial project certification (preferably category B) or at least 5 years of experience managing category C projects.
