HSE advisor

• Work for a Tier 1 EPC contractor
• Work on Major transmission substation projects.

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and systems in line with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on HSE protocols and best practices.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor compliance with safety legislation and company standards.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and submit HSE performance reports to key stakeholders.

• Relevant qualifications in health, safety, or environmental management.
• Strong experience in the energy and natural resources industry.
• Solid understanding of Australian HSE legislation and standards.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve safety-related issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with teams at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
