The Team:You'll be part of the corporate head office in Brisbane’s CBD, working with a young, professional, and social team. The environment is fast-paced and supportive — ideal for someone who’s proactive, solutions-oriented, and enjoys helping people get the best from their systems.You’ll work closely with both internal teams and franchise business owners across Australia — so clear communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset are key.Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial systems implementations and conversion
Migrate and configure data and systems with minimal disruption to business operations
Support new franchise onboarding by preparing clean, reconciled financial data
Troubleshoot and clean up historical files and legacy system issues
Provide training and ongoing support to franchise business owners on cloud-based financial tools
Work collaboratively with internal finance teams to align processes and ensure consistency
Drive improvements in onboarding and systems workflows to enhance scale and efficiency

About You:

You’re highly experienced with Xero and cloud-based financial systems
You may be in public practice accounting and looking for a change — less compliance, more variety
You enjoy working with clients and helping them succeed
You’re confident managing systems, solving data problems, and training others
You have strong attention to detail and can manage multiple projects with ease
Experience with data migration or system implementations is highly regarded
