KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Contribute to the planning, configuration, maintenance, and optimisation of the Holocentric Modeler and Connect platforms to support accurate and accessible process documentation across the organisation.
  • Monitor system performance and usage of Holocentric tools, conduct troubleshooting, and escalate issues as needed to ensure consistent availability and responsiveness for end users.
  • Reduce operational risk and improve system reliability by maintaining robust access controls, monitoring protocols, and documentation practices within the Holocentric environment.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for Holocentric system tasks, ensuring consistency and reliability in deployment, updates, and ongoing maintenance. Deliverables
  • Collect and analyse incident and change data related to Holocentric usage to identify trends, resolve issues, and improve system availability and user experience.
  • Design and implement system enhancements, including custom view configurations, templates,and testing procedures, to ensure the Holocentric platform meets evolving business needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best-practice operational procedures for Holocentric system deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
  • Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in administering and supporting business process management platforms, preferably Holocentric Modeler and Connect.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, documentation standards, and ISO 9001 compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining system procedures, templates, and configurations to support consistent and scalable operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret incident and change data to inform system enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support collaboration across business units and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with enterprise system administration practices, including access control, change management, and documentation protocols.
Desirable:
  • Experience working within a large organisation.
  • Familiarity with the state government, particularly state government regulators.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and process development
