Seeking a Senior IT Analyst with experience across two or more CRM platforms including Salesforce. In addition, HubSpot or Pipedrive would be ideal but all mainstream CRMs will be considered.Key responsibilities

CRM Administration & Configuration
Ensuring CRM platforms are effectively integrated into sales, marketing, customer services and operations
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support on CRM related issues
Assist with API and middleware troubleshooting
Ensure CRM data accuracy, integrity across platforms
Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations
User training and enablement
