- Be the key commercial contact for your allocated branch, ensuring you are present and collaborative.
- Providing excellent customer service and solutions to a broad range of business customers.
- Providing appropriate solutions to customers.

- Face to face collaboration with ANZ Branch Network
- Engage in outbound customer calls to engage with existing customer and discover additional customer needs.
- Face to Face engagement with the local community, including building and maintaining a Circle of Influence
- Language requirements: Fluent in Mandarin (Chatswood Branch only)
- Relationship Management:Building, maintaining and influencing relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Business Development:The activity of partnering with individuals and/or organisations to pursue strategic initiatives, relationships and/or opportunities to drive commercial value.
- Customer Solutioning:Supporting customers by understanding their needs and informing them about relevant products or services, and/or providing considered options, that meet those needs.
- Delivery Management: he practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and embedding an initiative, product, program, campaign, process, procedure, or change to achieve a set of objectives or outcomes (for customers, employees, the organisation and/or the market). This includes identifying, tracking, resolving and managing dependencies.
- Credit Analysis: The ability to assess a customer's ability to fulfill their credit obligations, considering both qualitative and quantitative factors such as character, capital, capacity to repay, collateral (security) and conditions (the 5Cs of credit).
- Knowledge of small business operations, lending and transaction banking and working capital solutions.
- Proficient in credit assessment and management.
- The end-to-end execution of a process, or part thereof, to achieve a customer or end user outcome.
- Financial acumen: Knowledge of financial terminology, financial statements (such as Profit and Loss, balance sheets and cashflow statements) and the principles behind financing in order to be able to evaluate the impact of a business decision.
- Knowledge of lending and cashflow needs and solutions.
