This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic service providing coordination of care to consumers with complex mental illnesses and rehab needs. - Demonstrated experience in the use of mental health outcome and assessment tools and activity data in the development and review of care models.
- Experience in clinical supervision and support of clinical staff
- Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence
