This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic service providing coordination of care to consumers with complex mental illnesses and rehab needs. Selection Criteria: * Social Worker or Occupational Therapist qualifications in accordance with Schedule C of the NSW Health Service Health Professionals (State) Award Current full registration with AHPRA and/or eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer; or qualifications in Psychology with a minimum four year degree with a major in psychology and registration with the Psychologists Board of Australia; or current Authority to Practice and current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse with at least five years full time equivalent post registration clinical experience and post graduate qualifications relevant to area of specialty or such other qualifications.
  • Experience working in mental health with commitment to the principles of a consumer focused recovery oriented approach.
  • Experience in leading quality improvement activities including policy development.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Evidence of advanced practice skills in the assessment and management of complex mental health clients in a community setting.
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of mental health outcome and assessment tools and activity data in the development and review of care models.
  • Experience in clinical supervision and support of clinical staff
  • Hold a current NSW Drivers Licence
