We’re currently seeking three Senior Human Resource Officers to join an established HR team working across key functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Generalist HR, and Ethics & Conduct.

1. Senior Human Resource Officer – Talent
This role focuses on attraction and recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic sourcing and attraction advice that supports inclusive and culturally safe recruitment practices.
- Build and manage talent pipelines, succession plans, and workforce planning strategies.
- Use market insights and data to influence hiring practices and uplift capability across the organisation.
- Lead targeted programs that attract and support diverse and specialised cohorts.
As a senior generalist, you’ll work across a broad spectrum of HR activity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational change.
- Managing return-to-work and rehabilitation programs in partnership with leaders and employees.
- Designing and delivering training and resources that build capability and improve HR practice.
- Supervising and mentoring a team to meet strategic people objectives.
This role supports a values-based approach to HR, with a strong focus on compliance and integrity. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising on ethical conduct, conflict resolution, and performance matters within a public sector framework.
- Leading workforce initiatives that promote fairness, accountability, and transparency.
- Supporting stakeholders through complex people matters with clear, consistent guidance.
- Contributing to ethics-related training, policies, and cultural initiatives.
To succeed in any of these roles, you’ll bring:
- A strong foundation in contemporary HR practices and legislation.
- The ability to coach and influence managers on best practice, with a focus on inclusion and psychological safety.
- Experience in leading projects or strategic initiatives that have improved HR outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
