The primary business operates purchasing, developing and selling land throughout NSW with a separate arm spanning golf courses, wineries and a cellar door. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure across finance, operations, marketing, legal, and sales, working closely with the Financial Controller and a tight-knit, collaborative team.This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives in a close team environment, and enjoys getting to know all sides of a business.What's in it for you:

- Bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, balance sheets.
- End-to-end Accounts Payable and group payroll
- Inventory management and cost control
- Tracking Cost of Goods Sold and variances
- Ensuring accuracy across POS and inventory systems
- Supporting operations with finance insights and analysis
- Experience in hospitality, restaurants, wineries, or other inventory-based environments
- Accounting degree (CPA or CA beneficial - membership paid)
- Group entity experience beneficial
- Knowledge of POS systems and Xero (beneficial)
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team
- Curious and eager to understand the operational side of business
