What you'll be doing:

Preparing agency agreements, contracts, and compliance documents
Coordinating marketing campaigns - signboards, brochures, and property launches
Managing Agentbox CRM and sales trust account
Launching listings online with polish and accuracy
Processing and receipting deposits into the trust account
Chasing contracts and liaising with solicitors, vendors, and buyers
Keeping everything running smoothly for a high-performing sales team

The IT you'll use:

Agentbox (CRM + sales trust)
Engage, Realty Assist & Real Time Agent
Campaign Express/Manager for signboards and brochures

About you:

You're highly organised and detail-driven, with real estate admin experience
You bring energy and positivity to your role
You're confident juggling deadlines and love being the glue that holds it all together
