Managing bookings and travel plans
Taking notes during meetings
Ordering supplies and equipment
Assisting with HR forms and staff records
Organising and filing documents
Answering phone calls and welcoming visitors
Helping to create resources in both English and Yolŋu Matha
The position also helps ensure the team follows Miwatj policies and workplace safety rules. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team.What’s in it for you?

With a Head Office in Nhulunbuy, Miwatj also manages a Corporate Office in Darwin, 7 fixed clinics across the East Arnhem region, and dedicated outreach teams who travel to 3 additional locations.Essential RequirementsApplicants should demonstrate a commitment to Aboriginal Community Control and self-determination, an understanding of issues faced by Yolngu people in remote communities, strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to work independently and within a team. Candidates must hold a current NT Driver’s License and Ochre Card and be willing to participate in relevant training.
