Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & ComplianceJoin a leading global business in a high-impact, short-term opportunity where your financial reporting expertise will play a key role in supporting a complex and fast-paced operation.We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & Compliance to cover Australian financial reporting for a well-established technology and cloud services business. This is a hands-on role requiring end-to-end ownership of the financial statements, audit coordination, and engagement with local boards.You will be part of a small but impactful team operating from a modern CBD-based office, contributing to the statutory compliance process during a key reporting period.Key Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of Australian financial statements in accordance with IFRS

Manage and coordinate external audit processes, including liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders

Work closely with the local Board of Directors on financial reporting matters

Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure consistency and compliance

Contribute to process improvements and support automation initiatives

Provide input on technical accounting issues relating to new projects or business activity

About You

CPA or CA qualified, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting roles

Proven experience preparing statutory financial statements, ideally using Workiva

Strong background in external audit, preferably with time spent in Big Four or working with large multinational clients

Skilled in technical accounting with solid IFRS knowledge

Comfortable working independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
