Featuring every aspect of exercise from weights to cardio, swimming or dance, boxing to cycling. We are passionate about creating a fitness community that is inclusive, encouraging and empowering of everyone!The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Club Manager to join our team and drive the culture and performance of our passionate fitness team. You'll be a highly effective operations manager with a proven sales management background.Your key responsibilities include:
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Manage and motivate a sales team
  • Work within the annual business plan and achieve budgets
  • Implement an annual sales and marketing planner
  • Create business opportunities with the local corporate market
  • Provide an exceptional product to deliver to our members
You must:
  • Have a desire to create a fun & vibrant culture within the club
  • Have extensive club management experience (essential)
  • Be results driven
  • Have experience managing staff and budgets
  • Have a passion for health and fitness
  • SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
