0438159282 anita.morris@dffh.vic.gov.auPosition DetailsTHE ROLESenior Project Officer – Family Violence leads and coordinates a range of practice development projects relating to family violence and the implementation of MARAM to support practice capability uplift of prescribed departmental workforces. The role provides support to the Office of Professional Practice in the provision of strategic and well-informed advice, project management, stakeholder engagement, secretariat, practice resource design and development, procurement processes, reporting and risk management.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
  • Customise MARAM and broader family violence training, policy and practice guidance for Child Protection and support related workforces in their MARM alignment progress
  • Undertake continuous improvement and priority project activities in accordance with family violence reform implementation for Child Protection and related workforces
  • Provide timely, high-quality and accurate information and advice on practice considerations for family violence reform implementation
