We're seeking a dynamic and experienced National Operations Business Lead to oversee the day-to-day strategy, efficiency and delivery of the IIT operational network, partnering with key stakeholders such as PBS, Tech and Development, Growth and Sales among others.In this key leadership role, you'll work closely with General and Regional Managers leading large operational projects, working on continuous improvements, operational process improvement and changes, enhancing systems, and ensuring a high standard of compliance and service delivery across the division.This role is high impact and influence to Programmed IIT, and requires a balance of leadership, operational expertise, stakeholder engagement and change management.Key Responsibilities of the role
