- Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements and communicate with them to ensure a positive customer experience
- Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
- Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible customer service experience
- Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets
- Experience in a similar role within an Automotive Service Department is preferable however not essential
- Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
- Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Punctual and reliable
- Have a professional attitude and be well organised
- Current driver licence
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrate a high level of care and attention to detail
- Able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
