We value our people as one of our greatest assets and are looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team at our Audi Doncaster. This position would be ideal for someone who has outstanding customer service skills.About the role:

Being the first point of contact for our customers, you will determine their requirements and communicate with them to ensure a positive customer experience
Liaising with the workshop and parts departments
Quote repair jobs and liaise with customers ensuring they are given the best possible customer service experience
Meeting and exceeding manufacturers CSI targets

About you:

Experience in a similar role within an Automotive Service Department is preferable however not essential
Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills
Willing to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
Sound automotive technical knowledge
Punctual and reliable
Have a professional attitude and be well organised
Current driver licence
Be able to work in a team environment
Demonstrate a high level of care and attention to detail
Able to work Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
