You'll bring energy, empathy and a solutions-first attitude to every interaction – making travel smooth, stress-free, and a little bit special.Your day-to-day will include:

Delivering premium, friendly customer service that goes above and beyond
Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish
Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest standards
Supporting vehicle pick-up and delivery when needed
Selling rental upgrades and add-ons to meet customer needs
Keeping the branch clean, professional, and organised
Pitching in across admin and operations to keep the wheels turning

Clear, confident communication and a strong customer focus
A proactive, can-do approach – especially under pressure
Previous experience in retail, hospitality or sales (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
A full, unrestricted driver's licence
Solid computer skills
Full Australian working rights
Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster (weekends included)
