- Generating and nurturing leads from initial outreach to continual follow up
- Supporting Sales Consultants in managing client relationships
- Asking relevant questions with a sales focused mindset to evaluate customers interests
- Answering client queries and responding to areas that require further information
- Providing a high level of product knowledge across all building brands
- Ensuring display homes are presented immaculately
- Distributing marketing collateral in line with the brands direction
- Supporting Sales Consultants with a variety of administrative tasks as required
- Have a strong understanding and belief in the company core values and to treat the core values as a blueprint for behaviour

- Previous retail experience, whilst not essential, would be viewed favourably
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential
