Learn more at experianplc.com.Job DescriptionExperian is looking for a Presales Consultant to join our Data Quality and Governance team in ANZ. This exciting role centres on delivering high-quality experience to our customers during the acquisition and onboarding stages of our Data Quality and Governance software and data solutions. In this role, you will help guide sales pitches, provide technical expertise, develop value propositions and serve as a trusted advisor to our customers.Experian Data Quality provides consulting, software, and services to help clients maximise the quality of their data. We empower our clients to provide outstanding consumer experience across websites, apps, and other channels; to improve deliverability of their goods through eCommerce; to help detect fraud and comply with regulation; and to better understand and communicate with their customers.What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian

Approximately 8 or more years of experience in presales or sales engineering.
Excellent questioning and analysis techniques to identify customer needs, design solutions and identify and track business and technical requirements.
Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills (workshop, demonstrations, training)
Strong experience solving technical problems and troubleshooting technical issues.

Work that matters - What you'll be doing- Reporting to the Consulting ManagerSupporting client relationships

Work with our clients and partners to design Data Quality, Data Catalog and Data Governance solutions that leverage Experian data quality and data governance software to meet clients' needs and clearly articulate the solutions' projected ROI/business benefits.
Perform Proof of Concept or Proof of Value exercises with clients to help position the value of our solutions.
Act as an internal liaison between sales, delivery, and product teams and ensure the commercial and technical viability of proposed solutions.

Innovation and efficiency

Contribute to improving our software by sharing clients' experiences with product managers and developers. And using prior experience and research to aid in developing new solutions and services.

QualificationsMore about you

Comfort juggling numerous priorities.
Experience working with technology and using technology to tell a story that supports a business strategy.
Experience in or some exposure to one or more data management disciplines, such as data quality, data governance, data catalog, single customer view or data migrations.
Able to understand complex data flows through enterprise-grade solutions.
Deep understanding of systems, processes, applications, technology, and security.
Experience with Data Quality and Data Governance projects, including data manipulation and elements of cleansing, standardisation, validation, de-duplication, migration, auditing and analysis.

Desired

Exposure to Data Governance, Data Quality and Profiling tools such as Informatica, SAP, Trillium, SAS DataFlux, Talend, Collibra, Ataccama.
Experience with cloud hosting services concepts either AWS/Azure/GCP.
