- Salary $76,561 - $80,256 p.a. (Pro Rata) OPS4 | Part Time, 18.75 hours per week, Ongoing
- Provide direct and indirect patient care with a commitment to high quality and safe care.
- Support cultural safety in practice and the provision of culturally responsive service delivery.
- Offer therapeutic intervention, assessment, rehabilitation planning, and education.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, consumers, families, and supportive others to provide individual and group-based interventions.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care with a commitment to high quality and safe care.
- Support cultural competency in practice and the provision of culturally appropriate service delivery.
- Offer therapeutic intervention, assessment, rehabilitation planning, and education.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, consumers, families, and supportive others to provide individual and group-based interventions.
- A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Primary Health Care (Practice) or equivalent.
- Registered with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Practice Board of Australia (ATSIHPBA) (AHPRA) (if applying as a Aboriginal Health Practitioner)
- Completed training and/or education within Mental Health or a related field.
- Proven experience in engagement activities, clinical health assessment, treatment, referral, psychosocial support, advocacy, and record keeping for consumers with complex health issues.
