- You will optimise campaign performance across programmatic platforms, striving to refine tactics for our clients.
- You will develop insights to inform our client's strategies.
- You will partner with Business Development to develop strategies for prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients through written, phone, and in person communication.
- The Senior Programmatic Manager will collaborate across our teams to create holistic advertiser solutions which span all areas of the digital spectrum.
- Interpret attribution modelling and 3rd party analytics data.
- You will engage deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions.
- You will mentor and educate more junior staff as the business expands.
- 6+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising in an agency environment
- Knowledge of display advertising, specifically real-time bidding, ad networks, demand site platforms, attribution models, and associated technologies, specifically within the Google Marketing Platform
- Experience with numerical detail and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, Macros & SQL capabilities
- Business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality documents
- Demonstrate a structured way of working, with the ability to cope with competing demands
- You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies, consulting, and influencing.
- You'll create unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
