We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in Early Works, Formwork, Concrete, and Structural construction to lead a short-term project in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities

Drive progress and ensure timely delivery of early works and structural components.
Oversee formwork and concrete operations with a hands-on approach.
Lead site teams and subcontractors to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Monitor project financials, manage budgets, and report on cost performance.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing early works, formwork, concrete, and structural projects.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work FIFO on a 2:1 roster, 11–12 hour days.
Relevant construction qualifications and tickets.
