- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and domestic clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, ensuring comprehensive coverage and effective risk management strategies.
- Oversee the policy renewal process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and negotiate terms with insurance carriers to secure the best coverage and pricing for clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and risk management, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Tier 1 qualification
- Demonstrated experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on landlords and domestic clients.
- Prior experience managing a small team
- Strong knowledge of retail and domestic insurance products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in developing risk management strategies tailored to client needs.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client portfolios and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the insurance industry.
