A unique opportunity is available for an established Project Manager to join a nationally accredited Tier 3 commercial builder in Sydney.With a strong upcoming pipeline, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager for projects located within Sydney. The role will be either site or office based Monday - Friday and offers long term development and progression to senior management.As the Project Manager you will be responsible for:
Managing the on-site WHS to meet Government and Company policies.
Spearheading project management
Driving construction teams and subcontractors on-site.
Managing client and consultant relationships.
Setting programs and budgets from structure through to handover.
To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will require:
Construction Degree or relevant tertiary qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Project Manager role
Experience delivering projects valued up to $10m in value (new build and refurb).
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proven ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience on government projects is highly desirable
