- Deliver small to medium refurbishment and major plant replacement projects.
- Oversee all phases of project delivery including scope definition, cost planning and forecasting, program scheduling, contractor engagement, and quality assurance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- Support project planning, reporting, and communication strategies.
- Experience in project or construction management (fit out/refurbishment highly desired) or recent graduates in relevant studies will be highly considered.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and the Office Suite.
