About the CompanyThis iconic Australian institute dominate their field, a clear market leader in the higher education sector. Based on the Sydney CBD fringe, they are seeking a Management Accounntant to join their high-performing team. This organisaiton is well know for its impact and scale, and the role offers strong visibility across a key portfolio. This is a commercially focused role with a blend of month end, managmenet reporting, finanical modelling and direct support to senior decision makers.The finance team is well regarded, with a collaborative culture and a strong focus on development. Flexible working arrangements are in palce, including a couple of days working from home per week and flexible start/finish times.About the Role

Supporting the budgeting and forcasting process

Developing management repoirting packs

Assisting with the development of financial models

Partnering with key internal stakeholders

Variance and KPI analysis

Skills & Experience

CPA/CA qualification required

At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role

Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value

Strong verbal and written communication skills
