As our Management Accountant, you'll support the system implementation and ensure financial accuracy:
- System Implementation- Lead the rollout of a new financial system from planning to go-live
- Data Migration- Ensure accurate transfer of financial data from legacy systems
- Reconciliation Management- Perform comprehensive reconciliations to verify data integrity
- System Testing- Conduct thorough testing and validation of new system functionality
- Training & Support- Assist with user training and provide ongoing system support
- Process Documentation- Create new procedures and workflows for the implemented system
- Stakeholder Communication- Provide regular project updates to management and key users
- Issue Resolution- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT and vendors
- Proven experience in system implementations or financial system projects
- Strong reconciliation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with data migration and system testing processes
- Strong communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders and vendors
