Credit Officer

Lawson Elliott is excited to be working alongside a well-recognised organisation who are looking to welcome a confident and experienced Credit Officer to join their team to complete a 6mth contract. This company is a nationally recognized business going through considerable growth and is looking for someone to take their business to the next level. This will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate, well driven and has a willingness to develop and succeed in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Credit Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:

Maintaining accurate financial records
Customer debtor ledger management
Reconciliation of customer accounts
Resolving disputes and queries in accordance with Credit Policy and Debtors Insurance guidelines
Credit reporting of applicants in accordance with credit policy
Liaise with the debtor insurer and customers to facilitate reviews
Perform routine checks on customer data
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

To be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have:

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office
Strong written and communication skills
Great Customer Service skills
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and large ERP systems
