We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Credit Officer to join a well established team and manage a diverse portfolio of accounts from assessment through to collection.About you:

2 years experience in full functions credit role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.
Proficiency with computer systems and a knack for managing data.
A proactive and flexible approach to your work.
The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be the central point for a portfolio of customer accounts, responsible for:

Overseeing the complete life cycle of accounts, including new applications, monitoring, and debt collection.
Conducting credit checks and assessments to ensure all applications meet our credit policy requirements.
Reconciling customer accounts, resolving payment issues, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage claims and disputes.
Maintaining accurate customer records and files in line with audit and insurance requirements.
