Key ResponsibilitiesDuties will vary depending on the role, but may include:Daily banking: downloading statements, receipting, allocations, reconciliations, and journalsManaging high-volume debtor ledgers and running aged debtor reportsFull-function credit management including collections, queries, and dispute resolutionFollowing up overdue accounts via phone and emailProcessing EFT and cheque remittancesAssisting with credit claims, short payments, and credit limit reviewsPreparing debtor updates and contributing to AR/credit meetingsPartnering with sales, accounts, and operations teams to resolve customer issuesWe're looking for motivated finance professionals who bring:2+ years' experience in Accounts Receivable and/or Credit ControlStrong systems knowledge (Dynamics, Business Central, or similar ERP systems highly regarded)Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy and attention to detailConfidence in following up debtors and resolving queriesExcellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindsetAbility to work independently and take initiativeExposure to reporting tools such as Power BI (desirable) What's on OfferContract roles paying from $40 - $45ph + superPermanent opportunities paying from $80,000 - $85,000 + superLocations across Brisbane South, North and WestFull-time office-based positionsSupportive managers who value collaboration and teamworkThe chance to grow your career in finance with established, expanding businessesNext Steps
