- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees.
- Action termination requests and the offboarding process.
- Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee data and records.
- Create, issue and manage employment contracts and contract variation letters.
- Triage requests, ensuring they are resolved or escalated.
- Provide first level support to employees and managers on our policies, systems and processes, employment conditions, Enterprise Agreements, Awards and National Employment Standards.
- Use data and analysis to measure and report on output and effectiveness of processes.
- Strong business administration experience, ideally working within an HR or Payroll department.
- A methodical approach to everything you do, priding yourself on your attention to detail.
- An enjoyment for process workflow design and documentation.
- The capacity to problem solve to resolve issues and their root cause.
