We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join the team. This role will see you preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC and mechanical services projects, working closely with engineers, project managers, and trades to ensure tenders are both commercially viable and technically sound.Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specs, and tender documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Develop pricing for HVAC and mechanical projects including design, supply, installation, and commissioning.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain and assess quotes.
- Collaborate with project and engineering teams during bid preparation.
- Present estimates to internal stakeholders and contribute to tender reviews.
- Monitor market pricing, supplier rates, and industry trends.

- 3+ years' experience as a Mechanical Estimator in HVAC or building services.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and construction processes.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings/specs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
