As a Software Development Engineer you will join an established ICT team seeking to lead change to build scalable software solutions to transform business performance. You will design custom applications, streamline workflows and drive system improvement projects. Collaborating across teams, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do.Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelors degress in Computer Science or a similar field
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages
- 3-5 years of experience within software development
- Experience with React, Node.js
- Workflow automation tools: N8N or Node-RED
- Demonstrated experience with SQL databases
- API integration and system architecture
- A collaborative, supportive team, with goals for digital advancement
- Ability to interact with multiple functions of the business to drive change
