Location : SydneyDescriptionThis is a 12 months maternity cover role where to provide investment administration functions to clients in a timely and efficient manner.Job Specification:Perform daily cash and asset reconciliations to various custodiansProcessing & instructing of various client transactionsLiaising with Fund Managers, Brokers and Custodians to ensure settlement of all transactionsEffective client communication, including responding to all client queries and requests in a timely mannerCompletion of client specific reporting requirementsCalculation of client monthly fees and interestEnsure tax reporting is properly delegated and outputs reviewed and are sent to clients in line with regulatory SLAAs Senior Investment Analyst you will both perform and monitor the core functions within the teamProvide leadership and guidance to team membersBe instrumental in the allocation of changing workloads amongst the teamTake the lead with new client onboardingsResponsible for the allocation of functional tasks to the custody teamAct as an escalation point for client issuesParticipation in client service meetingsActive participation in team/resource planningProvide oversight and manage the performance of offshore teamsOther ad hoc responsibilities as requiredSkills Required:Minimum 2 years operational experienceTertiary qualifications in Finance, Business or Mathematics preferredKnowledge of IRESS (IPS) will be an advantageWhat you will get in return:A genuinely unique opportunity to be part of an expanding large global business;Competitive remuneration commensurate with skills and experience;Training and development opportunitiesAdditional information:We are an equal opportunity employer and ensure that no applicant is subject to less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, gender identity, marital status, race, colour, nationality, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic, responsibilities for dependants, physical or mental disability.
