We're seeking a driven Project Coordinator to join a well-established builder delivering large-scale commercial projects across Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark $50M retail refurbishment while developing your career within a supportive and professional team.The Role
As Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the Project Manager and site team on a major refurbishment project.Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
- Managing project documentation, compliance, and reporting
- Assisting with project planning, procurement, and scheduling
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
- Experience in a Project Coordinator commercial construction
- Background with a Tier 3 Builder, ideally retail projects
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Jobpac and Procore (preferred)
- Ability to turn your hand to support the procurement team with tenders / estimates would be beneficial but not essential
