The hotel has 256 guest rooms and operates the full suite of Food & Beverage products including all day dining, room service, conferencing and Perth’s Original Irish Pub.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly motivated and service-driven professional to join our Front Office Team as a Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor on a part-time basis.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering service excellence, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
  • Handling a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.
  • Providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times.
  • Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards.
  • Reconciling cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
  • Ensuring non-members are informed about the benefits of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and assisting with enrolments.
  • Assisting guests with their requests promptly and professionally.
  • Performing night audit duties, including balancing the day’s transactions, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts.
  • Overseeing the hotel’s operations overnight, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
QualificationsWhat we need from you:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and, ideally, Opera PMS.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
  • Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
  • A natural ability to delight guests with authentic service, setting you apart from the rest.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work evening, overnight, weekends, and public holiday shifts as required.
