Guest Service Agent / Night Auditor

- Delivering service excellence, from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.
- Acting as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
- Handling a wide variety of front office tasks, from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts.
- Providing passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to both external and internal guests at all times.
- Answering all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standards.
- Reconciling cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
- Ensuring non-members are informed about the benefits of ALL – Accor Live Limitless and assisting with enrolments.
- Assisting guests with their requests promptly and professionally.
- Performing night audit duties, including balancing the day’s transactions, preparing financial and operational reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest accounts.
- Overseeing the hotel’s operations overnight, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are maintained.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office and, ideally, Opera PMS.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
- Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
- A natural ability to delight guests with authentic service, setting you apart from the rest.
