- Help create and develop a long-term strategic vision for the brand.
- Lead integrated, cross-functional teams focused on consumer needs and insight to drive the brand forward and impact overall brand & business growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with product team, merchandising, marketplace, and in market teams to ensure product & consumer are at the forefront of all strategic planning and execution.
- Brand planning to enhance current portfolio and improve in market and business performance.
- Work with sales team to define the brands and ensure adequate sales materials and promotional schedules/activations are in place to enhance brands.
- Champion brand/s within the organisation, driving brand education/profile, upholding alignment to core brand proposition and driving brand equity.
- Drive brand related NPD with overall responsibility for new lines in market including launch, activation and range support through retailer review periods.
- Work with agencies to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
- Work to monthly and overall annual marketing budgets to ensure all activities come within budget.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Commerce
- 3-5 years FMCG marketing experience ideally
- Experience across NPD and Innovation with FMCG
- Track record in Brand Marketing with a Strong Commercial Acumen
- Strong Project Management Skills
- Proven ability to lead across advertising and storytelling, preferably within the packaged goods industry, and drive the NPD pipeline.
