- Operate equipment and perform tasks in line with site Work Instructions / Safe Operating Procedures
- Ensure product quality and packaging standards are maintained and comply with delivery targets
- Participate in training to become a multi-skilled team member
- Communicate and endorse safety practices, monitor key safety performance indicators and visibly participate in promoting safety policies and initiatives
- Take full accountability for personal safety and well-being, develop an understanding of risk minimisation and be committed to achieving the highest possible standards for Safety, Health and the Environment (SH&E)
- Understanding of basic safety principles
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain a high level of activity across all shifts
- Ability to work various shifts
- Demonstrated experience in working in a team environment
- Basic understanding of quality principles
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with automated machinery
- Ability to identify problems and resolve or contribute to resolution thereof
- Forklift licence
- Experience and knowledge of material handling
- Basic computer literacy skills
