Have 4-10 years’ experience in working in facilities management, soft services, or cleaning. Estimating a mix of services including cleaning and basic maintenance.Outline Duties
You will be in charge of estimating and pricing of commercial cleaning and maintenance contracts, as well as assisting with tender evaluation and supplier comparisons. You will also be preparing SLA’s, support the bid process with solutions and pricing strategies. This role is national, based in Sydney with travel for inspection.Skills and Attributes
- Have strong commercial knowledge and experience in cleaning or Facilities Management Services.
- Will need to travel to conduct site visits for cleaning/ facilities projects and contracts.
- Be able to collaborate with the Bid team and executive team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 4+ years’ experience pricing and estimating facilities and cleaning contracts.
